Call in The Caterers are a family business based in Gnosall, Staffordshire. Husband and wife team Peter and Sarah Roberts started the company in 2005. Seven years on, the team has expanded and so has the portfolio of events and consultancy that the team can offer.
Peter has over twenty years’ experience as a chef, working in hotels and conference suites across Shropshire and Staffordshire. A real passion for using local and seasonal foods in homemade dishes is at the core of the business and Peter believes in sustainable food with taste.
Sarah originally trained in design but has developed a career in business consultancy over recent years. Sarah works on the event planning and manages the front of house.
The ethics behind Call in The Caterers’ provision of service are all about exceeding customer expectations of food and hospitality using locally-sourced produce and ingredients that are in season wherever possible. Chef believes in keeping food miles down and taste and quality high.
When you book Call in The Caterers to cater for your event, wedding or dinner party you will enjoy meat from the local butcher, cheese from the local farms and fresh vegetables peeled and prepared that day.
