Adams’ Grammar School Rugby Tour Dinner
“Thanks again for looking after us so well on Saturday.
We’ve had lots of good feedback about the food, drinks, “waiters”, speaker, etc – and it looks as though the dinner should have cleared over £6,000 to go towards the boys’ kit and other items for the tour. This makes it a great result all round and we’re very grateful to you for providing the centre piece – the dinner itself – so well and professionally.
I will definitely be leaving your contact details in the file for whoever organises the dinner for the 2012 tour, so I hope that you will be involved successfully with Adams’ Grammar School again in the future.”
Call in The Caterers were invited to cater for a gentlemen’s dinner which was being held to raise funds for the school’s Rugby team visit to South Africa.
A three course gala dinner was served to 300 guests in the School Hall followed by entertainment and a charity raffle.
Rugby team members volunteered to act as waiters for the evening and worked alongside our own staff to provide outstanding service.
